What happens after you create an account

Most teams can receive their first shipment the same day. Larger rollouts add locations, partners, and system connections on top of that.

Step 1

Create your organization

Name, type (pharmacy, wholesaler, manufacturer, repackager, or 3PL), and the people who will sign in.

Step 2

Complete the setup wizard

Location and license, GS1 prefix if you issue serials, a first product if you need one, and a first trading partner — including lookup by location number.

Step 3

Connect how you exchange notices

Secure partner exchange is included. If your ERP or warehouse system should drive receipts and shipments, the public API and webhooks use the same rules as the screens.

Step 4

Start with the dock or the counter

Scan a barcode. Receive against an inbound notice. Or commission and pack if you issue product. Exceptions surface in one queue.
