TraceGard exists because DSCSA compliance became a specialist industry — expensive platforms, per-message fees, and implementations that assume you have a project office. Most pharmacies, regional wholesalers, and 3PLs do not.
We build one product that covers the obligation end to end: package-level tracing, electronic notices with delivery confirmation, exception handling, verification, recalls, and records that last the six years the law requires. The same services power the screens your staff use and the API your warehouse system can call.
The product is organized around how companies actually operate. A pharmacy is not asked to commission serials. A manufacturer is not asked to dispense to patients. A 3PL can work on behalf of a client without mixing ownership. Capabilities that not every tenant needs stay off until they are turned on.
Security and isolation are not a brochure appendix. Organizations cannot see each other’s records. Secrets are encrypted. Privileged and on-behalf actions are audited. That is the standard we hold the rest of the platform to.
